sorry, there is no such legal provision.

if she arrested by police or some others - then court take action.

or if she cheated you or did any criminal offence - then also police and court may take action.

as you stated in your case, there is no ground to take action against her on the contray, she may claim that she is being disturbed by you.

in life we lost many a things which never returns.

If you want ot meet her again, try to contact her friends, collegues, neighbours etc.
