I want to leave the company without legal action being taken

SIR I WOULD LIKE TO LEAVE THIS COMPANY. I HAVE TRIED ONCE BUT THEY PRESSURISED ME TO REJOIN THE COMPANY AND SIGN A LETTER FOR IT, ON THE TERMS SIGNED BY ME ON THE COMPANY BONDS

. MOREOVER THEY ALSO PRESSURISED ME FOR THEY HAVE TAKEN MY ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS.

SIR WHAT CAN I DO TO LEAVE THIS COMPANY WITHOUT ANY LEGAL CASE???

IS THERE ANY WAY THAT I CAN LEAVE THE COMPANY WITHOUT PAYING PENALTY AMOUNT???

PLEASE SUGGEST ME A WAY TO LEAVE THE COMPANY..

Quick Summary
This discussion addresses how to leave a company without facing legal action or penalties. The original poster was pressured to rejoin and had their documents retained. Advice suggests that while employment contracts are binding, companies cannot legally withhold original documents or impose penalties for leaving, provided you follow the agreed terms.

When you have decided to leave the job/ company no one can stop you. Proceed as per terms and conditions of your appointment.

You have become indispensible for the employer, is it so?

The Company is not authorised to keep your Original Documents. So also, the company has no authority to penalise you for leaving the company. However, you are bound by the mutually agreed terms of the contact of appointment.
