I want to disown my parents

i am a 29 year old girl,i am in love with a guy since 2008,i reveled about him in 2010 to my family, and since then till today november 2014, i am under house arrest,i cant talk to friends, cant go out.i go out only with parents,no cell phone

their reason to be against my love marriage is he is middle class and we are from higher class(no other issues),there has been meetings with the guys family and all but nothing changed

yesterday i had extreme fight with parents, and since 2010 he had been telling me either i will keep you unmarried or disown you,i told him disown me or let me disown you,in rage he told me you write in stamp paper that you have disowned your parents on your own.

at night i overheard my taugi saying my dad why not implicate the boy in false case /beat up by goons and all

now i am extremely scared what to do.

first i want to legally disowned so that it is proved i left home on my own so that they do not put a false case of kidnap on the guy or his family

second what to do on the day i leave home(the guy will support me)

third how to be married to him legally by court marriage as i have to wait for 30 days,he and his parent will accept me but scared of court case as they do not have source or free money

note:i have come to know about this website from a friend and got to use cell phone of my sister just by chance,do not know if i will be able to read your reply

You don't have to disown your parents for now. If you are Hindu, get married in a Temple or any Arya Samaj Office and apply for registration of marriage same time, which is very legal. You may approach local police station with the record of your marriage and seek protection from your parents for you and your spouse. Subsequently with the passage of time, if things do not change, you may think of disowning them.

MY PARENT ARE DISOWNING ME AND I WANT TO BE DISOWNED..THEY HAVE TOLD THE BOYS FAMILY TO SIGN THAT FROM THIS DATE THEY HAVE TAKEN OVER ME AND ALSO WITHIN 2 MONTHS FROM THIS DAY WE SHALL GET MARRIED,IS IT A TRAP?

I AM MORE WORRIED ABOUT BOYS SAFETY,CAN I FREELY GO TO HIS HOME BEFORE MARRIAGE(AFTER THEY DISOWN ME)DO I NEED TO DECLARE THIS IN COURT OR MAKE DIARY IN POLICE STATION?SO THAT TAUGI DOESNT IMPLICATE FALSE CASE?
AFTER MARRIAGE I WILL GO TO COURT..MY CONCERN IS BEFORE MARRIAGE TIME PERIOD,CAN I MARRY IN MANDIR?IS IT LEGAL..ARYA SAMAJ SAYS 1 RELATIVE FROM GIRL SIDE REQUIRED

I presume that when your parents disown you, what they must be meaning that they do not want to keep any relationship with you an perhaps even disinherit you from the property share, that's what is all about this disowning buizness and nothing more then that. However, the fact remains that by blood, they are your parents and you are their daughter for sake of record. So set aside the subject of disowning for the time being to avoid confusion.

As regards visiting your boyfriend before marriage, while you are still in your parents house, even if you disown each other, will not be easy as they are hostile to your relationship with this boy. The only option left to you is to get married as suggest to you earlier and seek police protection subsequently.

dear sir,

you have undertood correctly what they intend to do with me,but a clarification..i will have to walk out of my home on the decided day i sign disown paper with my parents,so my confusion is on the day i walk out, since he has said that he will not take me to his home before we are legally married,so where to stay so as to they dont put a case of kidnap on him as you rightly said they will be hostile to him,he will surely finance my stay

also, should i agree to my dad demand that boys parent must sign that "from this day i went to them and that we will marry within 2 months?.

As soon as you get married as suggested to you earlier, which is legal, you can immediately move with him, and there will be no waiting period as you will have in your hand a  certificate of marriage and also a receipt of application for registration, which may take few days, but in any case that will not make your marriage invalid. Hence, there is no waiting period in marrying but the registration of such marriage may take some time, hence there is no gap as such. The decided day and your marriage will be both on the same day and hence he can take you home on the same day, so cheer up and go ahead. Since your marriage is instant, there is no question of his parents signing any paper. However, you take a declaration from  your parents that you are not carrying any belongings with you to be on the safer side to avoid charges in future.

dear sir KP BODA

one lawyer said Mandir marriage is it is not advisable because it can be challenged by the parents, court mariige will take 30 days as i will be allowed to apply on the day i leave my home, and here in my city arya samaj clearly said one relative from the girl side is mandatory and NOC from girls parents, but my parent have refused to give NOC

so advise the legal way to marry on the same day!
