I want surrender my locker and i have yearly charges for it

I HAVE LOCKER IN JOINT NAME WITH MY WIFE AND I HAD GONE TO BANK AND I TOLD THAT I WANT CLOSED THE LOCKER . I TOLD THE BANK THAT WIFE NOT SIGN THE FORM..I TOLD THEM I HAVE KEY AND I WANT TO SURRENDER THE LOCKER .BUT BANK THAT MY WIFE ALSO HAS TO BANK SIGN THE CLOSER FORM . THEN ONLY LOCKER CAN BE CLOSE.

CAN YOU ADVISE HOW DO I CLOSE LOCKER AND BANK IS CHARGES YEARLY 6000/- FOR LOCKLER.

You have to explain to your wife clearly about bank charges. To save bank charges and convinsing your wife is your duty not legal issue and advocates cannot involve in this matter. Descretion is yours.
