I want divorce while my wife does not

Hii To all

I'm Pradeep and I'm a victim of child marriage till 13 years of marriage I never made a physical relationship because I've been disliking her from before the marriage.I was got married forcefully Now I want divorce from her while she is not willing to get divorce. I know I never can make a relation with her as I already mention I'm a victim of child marriage and I'm leaving in pune working as a software developer so I don't have a time to go to court again and again.

Please put your inputs how can I get married with her.. May I fire divorce case at court?

if your marriage is a child marriage and voidable under Hindu Marriage Act, then you can file petition for divorce under non consumation of marriage. your wife consent is not necessary when you can prove the above ground for divorce.
