I want divorce

Hello All

Pls suggest,

In 2010 , my wife file false regular complaint in CAW cell against me and my family after 1yr of separation, In Every date of counselling she only demand money and divorce and The IO also pressurize me for the same.

So, I think they already knew the girl's family. so after few dates of counseling. I've contact a lawyer. He suggest me to file RCR to take back my wife by giving blah blah reason. Bcos my lawyer expected that, she reject to live with me.

But thing gone in reverse. On very first date she accept to live with me but in separate house. I agree bcos my lawyer suggest me.

Now we live together for three years. But still having same problem.

So now i want divorce. And I'm sure she would never agreed for mutual divorce.

Pls suggest what do i do?

Why you want divorce? If her behaviour is cruel, then list out those cruel acts as per you and show your advocate. If they fall within the category of physical and mental cruelty, then your advocate will give guidance to file divorce case.

if her behaviour or acts come under the cruelty then file a divorce petition against her before family court under section 13(1) (ia) of Hindu Marriage act.
