I've been going a little overboard at work lately

I've been going a little overboard at work lately, getting into conflicts with my bosses and constantly voicing my dissatisfaction. I think that soon I will be kicked out of my job and I will be left with nothing. What do you think, or rather, what do you advise for a safety net of earnings?
