Dear Sir,
To all the experts what are the repacursions of IRBM in muslim divorces will it be applicable to muslim personal law or is it only under HMA.What about if a talaq happens in the perview of new amendment will the husbands has to part 50% of the property.
If talaq happens before the amendment becomes the law then what.

1. Not yet Law.
2. Muslims and other religious bodies also have stone walled the proposals as they also want same included in their personal Laws.
Hence wait till it becomes Law and few legal interpretations from Courts gets interpreted to know which shape the monster settled in society.
