i have given some money and jwelary at tilak or sagai ceremony but they are denies how i can recover

Quick Summary
If you've given money or jewellery to a partner before marriage and they are now denying the arrangement, you may have legal recourse. Depending on whether you are married or separated, and if you have evidence like photos and bills, you can consider filing a criminal complaint or pursuing civil recovery. For tailored advice, it's recommended to seek professional legal consultation.

I have not read over your previous query on this subject so I intend to reply.

You have not mentioned whether a separation has taken place or you both are married without having such information, the reply shall be based upon surmises and conjectures which shall not for your use.
