I did not get the salary for last 6 months what can i do

dear sir,

i did not get the salary from march 2014 to august ,i will recived only 20,000/rs salary advance in 6 months ,salary and TA&DA amount pending.then i was resigned august 26 2014,through email,but employer not responding they cant lift my phone, what can i do sir.,

Dear sir

sir i have resigned on 31 october 2014 by Mail. I have already informed around 25 days ago to my boss. but till now i dont got the resignation acceptance. I have to join a new company from which i got a offer letter. I have to join on 3 Nov 2014 . But due to this acceptance letter my joining postponed. I am doing mail and reminder everyday. But nobody from HR or Sales is repling the mail. What should i do . please suggest. I am waiting for your reply.
