I am a victim of unfortunate law 498a

Dear Sir.

              . A victim of 498a IPC and   case with JMFC Court from 04 Sep 2004. Despite repeated notices by respective Court  ex-wife of the victim is not attending the Court.  What action to be taken by the victim in this stage. Kindly guide.

You can ensure her warrant, you can also file writ petition for quashing in the high c ourt

What the boy's advocate is doing from yr 2004??

If he does not know how to handle a criminal case in the absense of applicant, he is not worth his salt. Kick him asap.

Way forward is applying in court for warrents....1st bailable & then nonbailable
