Husband rights on Wife's Ancestral property

Dear Experts

X (HINDU) of age 18 years got one acra land from her Deceased mother (ancestral property) and now X got married, i want to purchase land from X. is it required her husband signature also on the sale deed

Mr. Srinivas if the property is solely on X name then the signature of her husband is not required if he is a party to the document then his consent is essential.

Thanks for your reply and i didn't understand your message

This property came from her Grandfather to mother to X and this is not yet all related to her Husband (what is the meaning of "party to the document")

X has 100% ownership rights. X signature is enough. He is the only competent executant needed for registration of the document.
