A GIRL WHEN SHE WAS UNMARRIED HER FATHER PURCHASE A PROPERTY HER NAME AND HIS SON NAME .NOW THE DAUGHER WAS MARRIED .BEFORE THE MARRIAGE HER FATHER WAS EXPIRED .NOW THE SON ALSO MARRIED.NOW THE DAUGHTER IS NO MORE THEN WHAT IS THE RIGHT OF HIS HUSBAND ON HER NAME PROPERTY ?

Dear Raj,
Obviously the legal heirs of daugher is her husband and her children. They will get her share, subject to provide all the documents. I.e., Death certificate, Legal Heir Certificate.

ya i agree with kumar...as per the CPC the husband and chidren if any are the legal heirs of the deceased and has got the complete right and interest in the deceased property.
