you can find it In the new papaer NAYEE DILLI==== DATED ---- 17/10/2013 DAY -- TUESDAY

AND it can also be in NEWS PAPAER name JAGRAN, NEW DELHI edidtion , dated 17/10/2013 tuesday ,

i am also searching the by enquiring at office of new paper and trying to contact with the editor .

As mentioned below 17/10/2013.

On that day it was THURSDAY NOT TUESDAY. IT MAY BE IN THE MONTH OF SEPTEMBER IN THAT CASE.

And this whole year 17 on tuesday came in the month on september only up till today.

Please check again..

Also I have checked and found that the Page Vichar as mentioned in the pic belongs to Navbharat Times and it doesn't belong to Jagaran or Danik Jagaran as well.

please check with navbharat times and share the inputs...

there is more judgement one is from andra pradesh in which husband is auto rikshwa driver and wife is teacher i will post it soon after getting , it is on google but i want authentic format of it..
