I agree with u that Indian legal system (Kutchery or court area) is breeding ground/place of all forms of crimes and criminals get nurtured here.
But unfortunately for the time being “Yahi hamari Nayay Vayawastha Hai” (See ur video) and we have to follow or go thru it unless get changed.
Also “Bhagwan Court Kacharai ke chakkar mein Dushaman ko bhi na dale.” it is true. But when someone is destined to suffer, then in a way another he/she may suffer. There is no way out, except take it as a challenge and fight it out to our capacity and wisdom.
After killing also one has to go thru the court procedures that with a murderer tag, here condition will be worse than fighting 498A or DV Act.
With whomever we have spent some part of life, be it wife, brother, sister and friends etc, we get emotionally attached and to them we should not harm and abandon, forget about the killing.
In our culture/tradition killing of all female species is forbidden, becoz they are life givers. When u go thru the history of invaders to India, especially “Muslim Invaders”, u will get to know that to what extent they have utilized this tradition of ours in their success.
In prevailing situation of the country, we cannot say ourselves a cultured or civilized since a culture or civilization falls/declines when it becomes impervious to corruption. In all social Index our ranking is poor among the other countries of the world.
Now, do not forget that due to this faulty system we have gathered here and exchanging our views. Even criminals have given so many thing (criminal laws) to us.
So, take our suffering in good spirit and learn something, this is real life as life of everyone is not used to be bed of roses.
