What are the facts? What is the context?

During early years, castes are divided as per profession, and expertise is always within a family.  The families are mostly joint in nature and as such business is within a family and simple.   Such business practices within a family in any other religion was not there in India.   This is just a tradition that was not opposed even during the British regime.
