Hi,
Can HUF purchase flat in Co-operative Housing Society and become member of Society? No provisions are shown in bye-laws of Maharashtra Co-operative Socities Act. Is their any Supreme court judgment directing Karta of HUF to become member of Co-operative Housing Society ?
