We have purchase a flat in 1992 Pune, Mahaashtra State. Building is having total 32 flats & 6 shops. Around 15-20 flat members & shop keepers have execute Deed of Apartment with builder. Remaining flat holder wants to form a Co-op Hsg. society. Whether it is possible to form the Co-op society??. There are very less chances to get the NOC from builder. Pl guide.

Contact the Deputy Registrar of Coop. Society (housing ) of your area. If the requisite minimum number is available ,you can form the society.

Can a registered Trust buy an agriclutural land in Gujarat ? Under which section of which act please ?
