Hi,
Can you guide me with the legal documentation on the % of HRA to be paid to employees under Minimum wages act applicable to Trust Hospital Sector, Metro & Non Metro Cities n will Bangalore be considered in Metro
We are in a way to rewamp the entire pay structure for our Trust Hospital.

Minimum HRA as per Minimum Wages Act is 5 % to the basic.

Can we includes HRA, PF amount in minimum wages.
i.e. when you hire some one, you must give minimum wages, HRA , pf is other than
minimum wages or with including.

minimum wages + employer contribution of pf & esi is payable.not include employer contribution of pf &esi in minimum wages.
