i am Naveen, and i joined new organization on 6th jan, my last organization provide me my final settlement letter on 22feb, and they did not consider my HRA(april-dec) even though i have submitted full proof .
as i have one more copy of those proof i ask them to reconsider and regenerate the Full and final settlement letter.
but they are not ready, i told that i even handed the few of my proof manually and they accepted.
what legal action can be taken against the finance team / or individual or organization.
can i claim this HRA amount back from income tax department in tax refund.
