Wife has filed DV case. Need to submit cetain emails as an evidence in the court.
So could anyone tell me how to exactly locate the origin of the email and produce the same thing in the court.

Even without IP adress i can prove that that e mail id is my wife's. But in case if she alleges that i knew her password and i have sent that email from her account, i should be in a position to prove the location from where it was sent, which is obiviously her home town.

The service provider has all the details from where the email originated and where it was sent

The court will have to summon the concerned service provider to produce the whole facts about the said email.
