Hi
I am planning to buy flat in bangalore.Seems banks are approving home loans for the flats which have been built with lot of deviations.So i just want to know,if anything happens for the flat in future(if it demolished),can we take any action against bank which is processed homeloan for the deviated flat.

If you have come to know of malpractices, stay away from this property.
Next time you identify a property conduct thorpugh check on title, plan,approvals etc...............preferably under expert guidance of your elders in the family, and able and trusted lawyer specializing in property/reveue/civil matters.
If you have borrowed for an illegal structure, the bank shall demand you to pay.
