First, go to the website of UIDAI where you will get the appointment from online.

  • Fill the details like name, email, phone number etc. Please note that phone number filled here is used for the future purpose. If you need to do any kinds of the amendment online also recommend filling the details carefully. Otherwise, it causes the troubles before you can get the Aadhar
  • Once you can fill the personal details you can select the enrolment center and the date also a time of the appointment online.
  • This must for your visit to Aadhar centres in order to register the card irrespective of whether you can obtain your form online or else an enrolment center.

These are the things to taken while visiting Aadhar enrolment center:

  • Take the documents required along with you to the enrollement center.
  • Carrying the necessary along with you make it easy for you to go through the process without hassle.
  • At the time of registration, you need to provide the id and address proof to verify your application.
  • In order to prove the id you could provide the 18 options listed on the website of the UIDAI.
  • In order to prove your address they allow you to provide the 33 options given by them.
  • At the Aadhar registration center the officers will take photo, finger prints and the iris scan.
  • Since these scans are unique for everyone, they are compulsory for UADAI.
  • Once the process is over, the possibility to view the details which are given by you once again in order to make that they are correct.

First things first, the adoption is required to be registered. I'd recommend you use an Advocate's aid to prepare an adoption deed and then have it registered at the registrar's office of your state. Once you're officially parents, the Aadhar card for the baby can easily be applied for with the assistance of the adoptive father (head of the family,) who is already enrolled with Aadhar. The other formalities shall more or less remain the same. Good luck!

firstly as said by Raveena ji register the ADOPTION and then update the parents name in Birth certificate, then with the help of UPDATED Birth Certificate you can obtain the aadhar enrolled.

enlightenedNOTE:  for a new born baby aadhar card is valid upto the age of 5 years. on the next consecutive year parents should update the Bio-metric process i.e., finger prints and iris capture on the same UiD
