My grand father has written a will for me and my brother to enjoy and utilize the property(I'm not getting the correct wording terms per legal)..but not to sale the property. Now my brother is trying to sell his portion. Currently the property is in Joint patta (Myself (elder) and my brother(younger)). In case if he sells, any legal way to stop him to sell or asking the front portion for me as per division.

Your brother has no right to sell his half portion, which was combined along with you. As per the will, both of you, are only enjoying the said property.
