He has to face all the cases after coming out on bail, if it is required then he can appear through video conference also in different cases pending against him on the dates of hearing.

Engage advocates at different states who will handle the cases on his behalf

If all cases are same, then you can move transfer petition before Supreme Court to transfer all cases in one place.

You may consult with me with all documents.

Your brother (the accused) will have to contest each case differently in the same court through a local prudent lawyer (there itself) where accused is being tried.

Consult and engage a local prudent Kolkata lawyer to get the accused bail.

Neither any suggestion nor advise is possible by any lawyer in any case without getting brief, vakalatnama and professional fees, be clear.

I can offer some general suggestions for dealing with multiple criminal cases involving your brother. Given the seriousness of the situation, it is essential to seek legal advice from a qualified attorney who can provide guidance specific to your brother's circumstances and the laws in the respective states. Here are some general steps you may consider:

  1. Engage a Criminal Defense Attorney: It is crucial to have legal representation for each of your brother's criminal cases. A qualified criminal defense attorney can assess the charges, review the evidence, and develop a defense strategy to protect your brother's rights.

  2. Coordinate with Attorneys in Different States: If your brother has cases in multiple states, it is vital for his attorneys to communicate and coordinate efforts to ensure a comprehensive approach to his defense.

  3. Address Pending Warrants: If there are outstanding warrants from 2017 or any other time, it is essential to address them promptly. Your brother's attorney can help determine the best course of action to resolve these warrants and navigate the legal process.

  4. Evaluate Plea Bargain Options: Depending on the specific circumstances of each case, it may be worth exploring plea bargain options with the prosecution. This could potentially lead to reduced charges or sentencing in exchange for a guilty plea.

  5. Gather Evidence and Witnesses: Your brother's defense team should gather evidence and identify witnesses who can support his defense or challenge the prosecution's case.

  6. Consider Bail or Bond: If your brother is currently in jail, his attorneys can explore the possibility of securing bail or bond, which would allow him to be released from custody while awaiting trial.

  7. Ensure Fair Trial Rights: It is essential to ensure that your brother's right to a fair trial is upheld in each case. This includes addressing any issues of evidence admissibility or procedural errors.

  8. Comply with Legal Procedures: Encourage your brother to cooperate fully with his attorneys, follow legal procedures, and attend all court hearings.

  9. Address Any Underlying Issues: If there are underlying issues contributing to your brother's involvement in criminal activities, such as substance abuse or mental health concerns, it's important to address these issues with appropriate professionals.

  10. Be Patient and Trust the Legal Process: Legal proceedings can be lengthy and complex, so it's important to be patient and trust the legal process. Your brother's attorneys will work to achieve the best possible outcome for him.

Remember that these suggestions are general in nature and may not cover all aspects of your brother's specific situation. It is crucial to consult with an experienced criminal defense attorney to get personalized advice and representation. Legal matters can be complex, and a qualified attorney will be best equipped to navigate the intricacies of your brother's cases.
