How to serve the notice to op by appelant

SIR,

I HAVE FILED A CASE TO DCDRC BURDWAN AGAINST BUILDER, DCDRC BURDWAN WAS DISPOSED THE CASE, I AM NOT SATISFIED SO I FURTHER APPEAL THE CASE AT SCDRC ASANSOL. JUDGE SIR HAD SENT NPTICE TO OP TO HIS CORPORATE ADDRESS(WHICH HAS WRITTEN OUR DEED) BUT FROM THAT ADDRESS NOTICE IS BEING RETURNED TO SCDRC. SHOULD I TAKE THAT NOTICE FROM SCDRC, CAN I SERVE IT PERSONALLY OR EMAIL OR REGISTERED POST OR BY HAND TO OP? OP IS STAYING AT MY OWN CITY AND I KNOW HIS PERMANENT ADDRESS AND EVERYDAY HE IS COMING TO OUR FLAT.

SIR MY QUARY IS THAT WHAT IS THE PROCESS FOR THAT I WANT TO HELP THE COURT. I WANT TO ASK FOR THAT WILL COURT PROVIDE SOME PERMISSION OR WILL IT GIVE SOME AUTHORITY (DASTI SERVICE) TO HANDOVER THE NOTICE TO OP? SIR PLEASE CLEAR MY DOUBT ITS URGENT.

You can request the state commission to permit you to send private notice

Find out present address of the OP and submit it to SCDRC Asansol for service of notice officially, which you may request to be sent DASTI (through Nazarat Brach District Judge Asansol, in particular Court) as well.
