Sir,
I did my flat registration and the original deed is with bank since i took a home loan.Its almost 1 year but still builder did not give the Completion certificate and thus my mutution is also pending.
Now i want to sell the flat.And my questions are
1.Can i sell the flat for which the deed is with bank and what is the process
2. Can i sell the flat without completion and mutution certificate
3.If i cant sell without CC and Mutution then can i apply for mutution without Completion certificate.
