How to regularize an unauthorised construction

Dear All

I want to know the process of regularization of unauthorised construction on terrace.

Is paying the property tax on that unauthorised construction can be a possible solution?

Kindly Advice .
TIA

An unauthorized construction without permission remains always unauthorized with lurking threats of demolition and further actions (Even Actress Kangana can not escape)  There can be a never a solution.

If you are fortunate, the state Govt may bring Building Regularization scheme, and during that period, you can apply and get such regularization with hefty penalty and tax from that date of construction.

In the past state government implemented such schemes for augmenting the revenue of Municipalities/corporation and some courts passed strictures.

Municipality can not give authorisation to flat which is above according to hight of the prescribed municipal limits because it is above municipality powers.

Rules differ from Municipality to Municipality. You need to discuss the matter with a Consultant who helps in getting things done in the Municipal Offices.

Any suggestion depends upon the rules, procedures and practices of the local body.

Unauthorized can not be regularised through legal process, which can be done by concerned authority  such as municipality, development authority etc. etc.

Consult a local prudent lawyer with relevant records for analyses, professional guidance and necessary proceeding.
