I just need your help to understand any procedure to recover my lost mobile phone. I was in New Delhi Railway station when someone has stolen my mobile phone.
Do we have any robust process by which I can recover my lost mobile phone. I do have IMEI number and the origianl bill of my stolen mobile. The guy who stole my phone has switched it off. I have already blocked my sim card to prevent misuse.
I know I can approach police station to lodge FIR but what I should do if they dont lodge FIR for my lost phone. Please give me your expert opinion.
