How to prove that wife is working???

Respected all

My wife has filed a case for maintananace under sec 125. Recently , I came to Know that she is teaching in a Private Engineering College. I went to that college and requested the principal to issue a certificate that she is working in that college but was declined to issue any such certificate. I had interaction with my wife in the college where she was teaching as she got surprised to see me there.

Now , how can be it proved that she is working there? I have to give my witness in this case next week.

Your Advocate can issue a notice to the Institution, demanding the details of employment and the salary earned, if no response comes before the hearing, he can file an applcation in the court, seeking directions against

the institute to provide the information to the court

Further these colleges need to give mandatory disclosures in website of the colege.... These mandatory disclosures include name of the teacher along with their edu and DOJ....
