How to prove she is earning in business

Hi,

Posting on behalf of my friend.

In DV she lies to the court that she has no source of income for her livelyhood.
But actually she runs big Beauty parlour in the heart of the town. In her cross she says that she is working as trainee with a salary of 1500 in the parlour and not as a owner.
Fact is that she has provided an employement in the parlour to three other ladies.
How to strongly prove that she is the owner of the same?Pls provide your inputs.

Warm Regards

Dear Law student,

Being a Law student ,With out knowing the facts of the case how can u give such a stupid answer.

She is suh a kind of lady that she beats her ailing inlaws of age around 75 and 80,and again files a false DV & 498A cases on them.As of today there are 2 cases pending on them in the lower courts under 9 sections and are under anticipatory bail now.

She inturn ruined the life of the old parents and her husband just beacuse of marrying her and you support her saying that we ruined her life.Pity on you!!!

Coming to the point of earning in the midage I ask you straight question , is she born to depend on others?

Is she physically hadicapped? Is the husband not in the midage?

You people give lectures reagarding the equality of s*xes in every field and are u not ashamed of begging from others?

My sincere advise to u is if are practising law , PLEASE STOP IT IMMEDIALTELY ,as the male clients can never get jsutice from u.

Be that as it may, to prove the income and source, court may ask her bank accounts statements and income tax returne and also called other partner of the parlour.

If you are unable to get all the details as suresh said then you have to lead the evidence of a lady who is the customer of your wife.  In absence of any coudmentary evidence it is necessary to prove her income.

first find her PAN details on the income tax india website by entering her name and dob then other income details can be searched for.

How about sending dummy customer and start conversating with her (sweet talks)..about beauty parlour ...you must have taken lot of efforts to built it ..how is it going etc etc ...
Let everything be recorded via spy cam / voice recorder...

That should hopefully help you. You / your representative may also record license number of the shop, then obtain copy of it from govt, it would have owner name on it. Isnt that worth trying ?

Move an application for court commissioner.

Court needs evidence , may be she in not running it in her own name.

In the cross she should have been asked this question as to how she is surving on  her meagre salary of Rs 1500. Alternatively you can send a shop act inspector  on the sly to inquire about her shop act licence and try to obtain a copy of the same  and see if it is registered in her name .Next you may have to put a application to the court to ask for her bank account statments .

You are required to create evidence in support of your averments, which are enormous and depends upon number of facts and circumstances that you and only you can.

You can get information about her income from the Income tax Department under RTI Act. There is a court or information commission decision that such information should be given.

Ignore Pragya. There are also her male counterparts. Please see

You can also see there how Pragya changes her tune.

Create some frivolous scene in the parlour.

Owner has to file Police complaint.
