in my village minor irrigation water tank is there. But it is in patta/private land.
Under this tank nearly 40acres of wet land is irrigating.
These many years onwards no problem with this tank.But now the owner of this land trying to destroy the this tank bund.
if this tank bund is destroyed that 40acres of land remain barren.This tank was very old tank.but it is not in revenue records.
But in revenue records, this tank shown as source of irrigation for the 40acres of land which is irrigating under the the tank.
Like this tank there are many tanks which are physically there and but not there in records.
Is there any legal chances to preserve this tank from destroying?
