By way of an affidavit. else you can bring a witness who can produce those things in evidence. if that stage is over, then you have to make an aplication for producing additional evidence which should show as to why that particular evidence couldnt be produced earlier and its necessity in deciding the case on merits.

additional evidence could be received even appellate stage. here initially u r filing the reopen the case subsequently u r let in evidence

Should the evidence that is planned to be relied upon be listed in the original application (OA)? Can one file additional evidences after having filed OA? What is the procedure?

Your question is not clear but my suggestion is evidence contained witnesses and documents . As per CPC one can file documents through the petition of O 7 R14 or O 8 R 2A of CPC . For further, please contacts me
