My mutual divorce is case in family court. . i have separated more than 3 year and also completed three months cooling period of mutual divorce case. .How to prepare advanced pettion on metual divoce based resent judgement of 142 aricle ? i need good advance petion to convice the court for easily divoce( skip 6 month cooling period ) . Wat are point added to the pettion , i need good fomat

ROUND ROBIN QUERY
Under Article 142 Constitution of India, 1949 the power to do complete justice rests only with Hon’ble Supreme Court of India and not with Trial Courts including any of the High Courts.
You are wasting your time here by seeking petition format using Art. 142 COI which you say you want to file in Trial Court !!!
However if you want to pray before Hon'ble SC then in 3 months balance time it is not worth the efforts. Even if it is if you say, then contact directly an AOR at SC where most of the Chambers of AOR Lawyers are there.
