How to legally show parents depend on me?

Cold spouse has said I have no dependents.
How to legally show parents depend on me, and Rs. XYZ is monthly expense from me for them?

Dear Querist

if your parents are old age and unable to maintain themself then file a maintenance case against you before family court and claim maintenance from you and the court will pass an maintenance order against you then file this order(Certified Copy) before the court where she claim or said that you have no other dependents.
