How to know online whether the processor has served the divorce notice to the respondent

Dear Sir/Madam, Is there any online facility available to know whether the processor has served the notice to the respondent in case of divorce case, like we get to know our case status online on court website. Regards.

Quick Summary
Currently, there isn't a straightforward online facility in India to confirm if a divorce notice has been served to the respondent, unlike checking general case status. While some courts offer limited updates like 'summons not served' or 'batta not paid' on their websites, many sites are not fully functional or clear. Verifying service status ultimately requires engaging an advocate who can check with the Registry on your behalf.

It is yet to be conceptualised and implimented in Indian legal jurisprudence.

In some courts in uploaded proceedings after the first hearing, certain information is being provided "summons not served"  "batta not paid"  etc.. So by searching in website you can find.   Many courts made the website "ornamental, they disclose 'IA Filed" who filed IA and under what section is not clear in the site. .The system can never dispense with the involvement of our Advocate and finally, without contacting our Advocate nothing can be done.

Hello,

You have to appoint advocate for informing you the status of any case filed. You may not know the correct status of case filed online because they are still operating 104 button keyboard with 2 fingures.

The matter could be verified from the Registry by your advocate.
