Dear Forum,
Is there any way to know whether the Plot is a DC land just by looking at the Documents/EC/Pattas.
Or is there any leagal Govt prescribed documents which can be applied to know the DC status of a Land.?
Iam facing a problems now.
Iam proposing to buy a plot in Vellore.The neigboours of the Plot say that the plot is a DC while the VAO says that the Plot is not a DC.
iam doubting the credibility of VAO since I feel that he may have understanding with the plot seller and might have given me a wrong info.
In this case what is the option to know whether the land is a DC or Not ,since simply by word of VAO One cannot purchase the plot since he may reverse in future .
