If father buy plot/house from daughter name means property title name from daughter name in records but total property purchase amount paid by father then
1. that property will be general or self-occupied or inherited ?
2. If self-occupied, in whose name will it be self-occupied, son or father ?

My next query about same concern,.
For example there is dispute between father & son regarding the title of property then who will be declared as the owner, father who has given money to buy, SON IS THE REGISTERED OWNER ?
