That section 45 introduced the words "and also in matters of science and art" which is also found in section 57 last part after Clause (13) under the head Facts which the Court must take Judicial Notice, and the same expression is used in the provisio of section 60 of the Evidence Act. Which section shall prevails? Court judicial Notice or expert opinion or the Treaties?
