Dear Experts
I got recorded my statement and was cross examined but an important fact that is a deciding factor in the case is left out by me in the case of maintaninance u/s 125.
Can this important fact be recorded by the court after the cross examination is over and if yes how can it be done ???

file a petition before the court that the evidence is very much important and to consider while deciding the jugement
