How to get inquiry conducted by registrar of co-op societies

Hi,

25 Members of my group housing society in Delhi filed a formal complaint on corruption by management committee with Registrar of co-op societies to conduct the audit as per provisions of section 61 of Delhi Co-op Socities Act 2007. However, even after 6 months and repeated reminders, the Asst Registrar just keep asking for replies from society managment and not initiating audit. He is just acting as postman and deviated from the whole issue. It clearly seems that he is in hands with gloves with the corrupt members of the society. Issues of corruption are many and quite evident but despite providing substantial initial evidences. Now, my query is which remedies are available for us

 1) Will I have to go to tribunal ( DCT) to file petition for special audit or

(2) Can we go to Delhi High court for Writ of Mandamus

(3) Any other suggestion by learned lawyers here

Rgds

File writ directing the concerned Registrar to investigate into the affairs within a time frame.

Also file this as grievane in their on line portal and complaint to the next superior to Register, as exploring at lower levels before going to HC matters a lot in deciding the writ.
