As per my view u will have to give an appliction for duplicate cerificate in the concerned authority, mentioning the number of original completion certificate.

Hi,
As my learned friend said, u can very well approach the corporation for a duplicate certificate. If he fails to do provide, u can apply for a duplicate certificate under the Right to Information Act. Definitely you will get your certificate with their endorsement within 30 days.Your expense for this application is just Rs.10/-. Refer RTI Act.
