How to get death certificate after 8 years

Go to municipal office and submit an application for death certificate. E-seva or Meeseva centres also provides if you are living in Andhrapradesh/Telangana states.

for my grandfather death that i am not  have any documents such that  post-modern report. can you help me , how to get death certificate?

to get death certificate the post-mortem report is not necessary. but the doctors can give a certificate  that the so called person is died in an accident.  while enclosing that certificate you can apply for death certificate before the authority concerned. ( if it relates to AP/Telangana) you can apply through E-seva/mee-seva as said by Mr.Ramachary sir.
