How to get copy of letter of administration issued by bombay high court

What is the process to retrieve copy of letter of administrations issued by Bombay High Court. An individual filed a petition in Bombay High Court in 1985 to have lease of plot transferred to this name. The honorable high court issued an order in 1985. Individual transferred the lease to co-operative society in 2002. The person has since deceased. We are now looking for the copy of letter of administrations to transfer the lease.

How can we get a certified copy? Can someone suggest the process?

In response to your query,

As a beneficiary to receive a Letter of Administration you will have to file an application with the court of law with jurisdiction following proper process. A Letter of Administration gives the administrator all of the intestate's rights as if the administration had been given at the time of the intestate's death. To get the copy from the court you will have to provide all the necessary documents to prove you are legally authorized to get the letter of administration.

Regards,

Aryan Raj
