Hi I need the procedure to get birth certificate issued by Allahabad Nagar Nigam
1.I was born on 17-08-1992 at Military Hospital Allahabad.
2.I already got a certificate of birth issued by commander of MH Allahabad which is not sufficient for getting PASSPORT
3. what should I do to get it registered by allahabad municipal corporation

First go to thesildar Office in u taluka Dist. and fill the form he will make the report and verfiy All Document
Than u sumbit in nagarnigam u will get birth certificate
