Visit the Tehsildar office having the jurisdiction and apply for entering your name in 7/12. Attach a copy of the conveyance deed. Mutation entry with regard to the 7/12 will be taken in your name. They will guide you in other appropriate formalities if any.

For getting the 7/12 records transferred to your society's name, the society has to apply for mutation of the revenue records by attaching the copy of the deed of conveyance, society's registration copy, a request letter signed by both the president nd the secretary and to comply with any other formalities that may be prescribed in this regard by the revenue department.
