HOW TO FORCE FILING COUNTER

Dear Experts, Husband filed divorce case after all reconciliation process including RCR (3 years wasted in both RCR and family elders efforts for reunion) got failed.Now wife and her advocate smartly dragging the case by not filing counter. Please suggest all the possible ways to get her filing counter.

I'm not sure what are you trying to ask?

Are you saying that they are not filing reply to your petition.

If yes,

You can file application u/s 35b CPC " COST FOR CAUSING DELAY "

Thanks sir,Yes, you are right.For the petition husband filed, wife is not filing counter/reply petition. This looks good option,but is there any other options experts would suggest.I am just trying to understand different ways.
