HI all, Mr. A has executed GPA to Mr. B in the year 1970. I got the GPA copy also from the SRO. Now, as I wanted to buy the property stated in the GPA and to make sure, I wanted to find whether the GPA is revoked or not?
Generally what is the procedure for revoking GPA? Can I find out the same from SRO from where I got the GPA? Please help. I badly need experts advice.

You can take search right from 1970 from SRO or write directly to the Principal.

You can search the Index Registers in SRO w.e.f. the date of GPA till date. In case of any cancellation of GPA, you would certainly find the same.
