How to find/Trace out the OS number from IA no. / Arbitration case number..?

As the names of the parties are known, you can find out from names of the parties, court in website. In court websites, most of the sites are not separately showing IA details though there is a prescribed column and state that they are too busy to update the same.

The other ways is to seek information under RTI if you know the court and names of the parties.

an interlocutory application is an application which is moved in the main petition. So O.S. number also mentions in I.A. also.

Dear querist,
You can find the o.s. no. on i.a. application. Read the long title of I.A. it will be there otherwise it cannot be filed in the o.s.
