How to find root of land and how to get that land

A , B and C are children of a person Person X had 3 acre of land. Even the X for land from his parent.

In 1960-1970 X's land is divided. According to law each child should get 1 acre but here A has 1.5 acre , B has 0.5 acre and C has 1 acre.

How anyone can get to know how this hissa is done?

Will I get any clue how the transfer done from X to A,B,C.?

How B can fight to get his right?

If B gets land will it takes lot of time?

If the partition is registered you cannot claim the partition may be done on market value.

Record is joint which has all 3 persons mentioned in single record. Podi is not done.

But in olden days they have not divided in equal part.

All land is of the same valuation.

If the partition had been effected  and the shareholders did not protest the legal partition within three years from the date of partition, they cannot object this nor can claim to reopen the partition and for re-partition at this stage especially after 5 dacades.

What was B doing all these 50 years if he feels that some injustice had been done to him

The family partition is always on mutually agreed coditions hence it cannot be disputed at a later stage if someone is feeling any injustice done to him at this stage
